RBS-Messungen zur Targetanalyse für Beschleunigerexperimente

Unserer Arbeitsgruppe führt am Tandem-Beschleuniger-Labor der Universität zu Köln Experiment zur Kernstruktur und zur Nuklearen Astrophysik durch. Für die Datenanalyse ist eine genaue Kenntnis der Targetdicken und -zusammensetzung unbedingt erforderlich. Von vorherigen Experimenten wissen wir, dass der RBS-Aufbau am RUBION ideal für solche Messungen geeignet ist.
