Radioactive substances may only be handled during the above-mentioned times. In case your experiments with radioactive materials takes longer than 17:00, we can arrange for a radiation protection officers to be on site.

RUBION General Information

Nuclide ordering

If you require nuclides for your experiments, clarify in advance with the responsible radiation protection officer (SSB) whether a handling permit is available for this.

The procurement process, i.e. price comparison, offer negotiations with the suppliers, selection of the product, etc., is carried out in advance by you as the customer/user.

Ordering process in the control area of RUBION Radionuclides Department
(Building NI)

1. please fill the form. Please always state your customer number! Print out the form and sign.
2. send the form to rubion+abteilung-radionuklide-technikgruppe@rub.de for signature to the responsible RPO
3. the responsible RPO forwards the form signed by him to the secretary's office for ordering the nuclide. Orders must be received by us by 11:00 a.m. on Thursdays at the latest in order to be processed in the following week

Ordering process in your control area

2. your responsible RPO forwards the signed form to RUBION's secretary office (rubion+sekretariat@rub.de) for ordering the nuclide. Orders must be received by us by 11:00 a.m. on Thursdays at the latest in order to be processed in the following week

After receiving the invoice, we will send the complete order process to you for payment.
